About TankCleaner
TankCleaner is a water tank cleaning service based in Kochi, Kerala, serving homes, apartments, and businesses across the city and Ernakulam district. This page explains what we do, the standards we work to, and the claims we deliberately do not make.
What we do
TankCleaner exists to do one job properly: keep the water storage tanks of Kochi and Ernakulam clean and safe. The work covers household overhead tanks and sumps, shared systems in apartment blocks and commercial buildings, and rooftop solar panels. Every visit follows the same published process — inspect, drain, remove sludge, scrub, disinfect, rinse — so the service you read about is the service that arrives at your door.
How we work
Three working rules shape every visit. First, quote before work: every job is priced in advance against the actual tank, so there are no on-the-day surprises. Second, process over promises: the checklist is the product — sludge removal before scrubbing, real disinfectant contact time, rinse until clear, and stated refill guidance. Third, honest coverage: the locality lists on this site reflect what the routes genuinely serve, and they change only when operations change.
What we do not claim
You will not find customer scores, year-count badges, or trade-credential claims on this site, because none of that can be verified yet — and unverifiable claims are just noise. The gallery launches empty and fills only with genuine job photos. Stock imagery used elsewhere on the site is licensed and labelled, and it is never presented as our completed work. When we have real numbers, real photos, or real credentials, they will appear here first.

TankCleaner operates as a service-area business from Kochi, covering the city and Ernakulam district: Ernakulam town, Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, Palarivattom, Kaloor, Vyttila, Tripunithura, Thrikkakara, Kakkanad, Edappally, and Aluva, with Perumbavoor-side requests taken case by case. A street address and map location will be published here only when the owner confirms a genuine customer-facing location.
